Nancy Ji

Nancy Ji is the Vice President and Global Head of HR for Woven by Toyota, where she focuses on the compensation, benefits, global mobility, payroll and employee experience that help attract and retain talent and ensure that employees feel appreciated for their contributions to the future of mobility.

Nancy has nearly 20 years of experience in designing and implementing financial and other incentives for attracting and retaining technology talent. Before joining Woven Planet, now Woven by Toyota, she was Global Head of Total Rewards for the hybrid cloud data services and management company NetApp. Previously, Nancy was Director of Worldwide Compensation and Finance for Juniper Networks. And earlier she served as Finance Director for Cadence Design Systems.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA in Corporate Finance from San Jose State University.
