ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS

1. Japan-Based Japanese Students (No Relocation Required)

Who is this for: - You are a Japanese national - You currently live in Japan - You do not require company-provided accommodation in Tokyo

Application deadlines: - June Cohort: March 20, Friday (JST 23:59) - August Cohort: May 22, Friday (JST 23:59)

Eligibility: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program - Enrolled for the entire internship period - Expected graduation before March 2028 - Exchange students are not eligible

2. Students Requiring Relocation or Accommodation in Tokyo

Who is this for: You require relocation support or company-provided accommodation in Tokyo, and you are one of the following: - A Japanese student studying outside Japan - A student living outside Japan who holds Japanese permanent residency (PR) - A student living in Japan who requires company-provided accommodation in Tokyo.

Application deadlines: - June Cohort: March 17, Tuesday (JST 23:59) - August Cohort: May 19, Tuesday (JST 23:59)

Eligibility: - Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program - Enrolled for the entire internship period - Expected graduation before March 2028

3. Japan-Based International Students (Non-Exchange)

Who is this for: - You are an international (non-Japanese) student - You currently live and study in Japan - You do not require visa sponsorship beyond your student status

Application deadlines: - June Cohort: February 19, Thursday (JST 23:59) - August Cohort: April 15, Wednesday (JST 23:59)

Eligibility: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program - Enrolled for the entire internship period - Expected graduation before March 2028 - Exchange students are not eligible

4. Overseas Students Without a Japan Work Permit (Visa Sponsorship Required)

Who is this for: - You currently live outside Japan - You do not hold a Japanese work permit - You would require a visa sponsorship to participate in the internship

Application deadlines: - June Cohort: February 2, Monday (JST 23:59) - August Cohort: April 6, Monday (JST 23:59)

Eligibility: - Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program - Enrolled for the entire internship period - Expected graduation before March 2028 - Bachelor’s degree already completed (Bachelor’s degree certification required) - Exchange students are not eligible

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

  • Internship Period (You can choose from either 2 cohorts below) ① June 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026 ② August 3, 2026 - October 30, 2026

  • Duration: 3 months

  • Expected work hours: 5 days (40 hours/week) - Depending on your visa and class scheduling, some flexibility for shorter hours may be available

NOTE

  • Please note that the position may close before the final application due date for capacity reasons. Please apply as soon as possible. Visa-supported or student visa applicants need a minimum of 2.5 months for processing.
